Liability

Dog Dynasty Exercise Park accepts no responsibility for damage or injury sustained to any property, animal or person whilst using the Park.

Dogs and Owners

  • You agree to use Dog Dynasty dog exercise park at your own risk and will not hold the owners responsible for any injury to you or your dogs.
  • Children are welcome in the Dog Park, but you agree to take full responsibility for their safety. They must be supervised at all times. Any obstacles or amenities provided are not to be used as a children’s play park and we are not responsible for any injuries associated with children using our facility.
  • The park may have some uneven ground, long grass, water and other potential obstacles. The ground may become slippery when wet.
  • Any damage or breakages to the areas must be paid for by the dog owner using the area
  • Dogs using the Park must be fully up to date with their flu/booster inoculations, it is the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure this
  • If your dog(s) show any sign of being unwell, please do not enter the Park.
  • All activity equipment provided by Dog Dynasty Exercise Park is for the sole use of the dog(s) and must not be used by humans of any age. Dog Dynasty accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage caused to you, your property or your dog(s) whilst using the agility equipment.
  • Please note that during winter months, the area can be wet and muddy. We recommend appropriate footwear is worn.
  • I’m afraid that Dog Dynasty is not equipped to accept bookings for dangerous dogs or any dog that requires a specific license.

Using the park

Opening hours are Daily from 6am to 8pm

  • You must leave the park promptly at the end of your session, to allow the next booking to enter on time. Should you leave the field late we reserve the right to disallow future bookings.
  • If you arrive late for your slot, it will not be possible to extend your booking.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to book a slot suitable to include sufficient time to unload, use the area, and return to back inside their vehicle within the slot. Users of the areas are responsible to ensure the area is suitable for use by their dog(s). You will also be responsible for ensuring the gate is closed and secured whilst you are using the booked area.
  • You may bring the maximum number of dogs to the park as per your booking.  Under no circumstances should you bring more dogs than you have booked for.
  • Should you wish to book the field for any other purpose, greater number of dogs, extended time periods or commercial activities then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Do not let any other people or dogs into the field.
  • It is your responsibility to pick up all your dog’s waste and any personal litter and dispose of it responsibly. We do not provide a bin for general waste.
  • All customers using the Park must bring their own dog poo bags and remove all waste after their dogs. There is a bin provided for the bags to be placed once they are used.
  • You agree to close all gates behind you to ensure the field remains a secure and safe place for dogs and their owners.

The site

  • Free car parking is provided on site to users of Dog Dynasty Exercise Park. All vehicles are left entirely at your own risk and Dog Dynasty accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident or otherwise whilst on premises.
  • There are no lights in the park, or on the access path, so we recommend bringing a torch and lights for your dog if your session is in the dark.
  • Please bring water for you and your dog(s) for the duration of the session to prevent dehydration.
  • Your dog(s) must be kept on their leads at all times when not inside your booked area.
  • The dog field is part of a working Vineyard.
  • There are no staff on site. This is a self-managed booking. You will receive a code for a padlock to allow entry. Under no circumstances are you permitted to pass this code to anyone else or to use it to access the field outside of your booking. The code is changed regularly.

The fence

  • The fence is to an approximate height of 153 cm (5 feet). We regularly inspect the perimeter and fence to ensure, to the best of our ability, that it is a safe place for your dog to be let off the lead.
  • You agree to notify us as soon as possible if you identify anything that you feel makes the field insecure.
  • We cannot accept any responsibility for any dogs escaping the field. But we will endeavour to keep the perimeter fence in good repair and will check that it is in good condition regularly.

Changing your booking

  • All bookings must be paid for in advance.
  • We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be refunded but can be changed to an alternative slot

Conduct

  • Any overly harsh handling of dogs is in no way allowed or tolerated at Dog Dynasty Park.
  • You are not permitted to use drones or any other mechanically propelled devices in the areas within the Dog Exercise Park.
  • Please drive responsibly at Dog Dynasty Park.

We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. Any information you provide is not used for any other purpose.
